Stavros' journey into wine is a conscious return to his roots. Raised in Thessaloniki, his connection with Crete remained alive and eventually led him back to the island to explore the richness of its vineyard. With WSPC certification and professional experience in leading companies and established wine cellars, he brings a personal, knowledgeable, and relaxed approach to every tasting.

Ioannis' love for wine began in 2022, when a visit to a wine exhibition opened his eyes to a new world. He discovered that wine is not simply another drink, but a companion, a conversation, and a journey. His purpose is to share that same feeling of discovery, connection, and passion with others.
